Kaynemaile Framed Screens are designed to fit into framed openings such as doors, windows and cabinetry using our aluminium low profile track. When combined with feature lighting, they are perfect for retail point of sale and commercial design applications. Made from Kaynemaile's polycarbonate architectural mesh, our interior framed screens are available in a range of 14 standard colours meaning there is a beautiful solution for any project.

Hanging System

Kaynemaile Framed Screens utilise our 23mm wide x 10mm high (0.9” x 0.39”) low profile anodised aluminium track at all edges combined with our polycarbonate mesh saddles that clip the mesh in under light tension.
Our low-profile track is designed to fix directly to a substrate or framework and comes pre-drilled at 200mm centres for fast install.

Frame Requirements

As these screens are under light tension a suitable frame structure is required. For small to medium cabinetry installations most typical framework will be suitable. Larger feature screens will require a suitable substructure.

 

Colour Options

Kaynemaile can be produced in virtually any colour, giving you unlimited options for your exterior or interior project.

We offer a range of standard colours (pictured below) which can be used for interior applications.

All Kaynemaile standard colours are suitable for interior use.

Custom Colours: Kaynemaile can manufacture virtually any custom colour for you. We work off standard RAL or Pantone colour codes. Supply us the colour codes and we can provide the swatches for final approval before manufacture. Contact us for more information.

 
 

Kaynemaile Architectural mesh is a patented, world-leading innovation. We think the benefits of the Kaynemaile product are extraordinary.

Fire Resistant

Kaynemaile mesh achieved a Group 1S in the AS/ISO 9705 room test (equivalent to the NFPA 286 room corner test). With an ASTM D 2843 smoke index of 70.9°, ASTM 635 HB-CCI and NFPA 701-pass. We use FR-V0 material that is rated self-extinguishing. Contact Kaynemaile for specific information for your location.

Super-Fast Installation

Kaynemaile is lightweight (3kg per square metre) and goes up fast, cutting down the install time dramatically and saving costs. Our fixing systems are simple and we don’t need the same level of sub-frame as metal products. This means our installed rate is more cost effective than metal or glass panel products.

Eco-conscious Manufacturing

We are constantly striving to reduce the environmental footprint of our business. Our unique manufacturing process means we only make what we need and our materials are fully recyclable using low-energy processes.

10 Year Warranty

Kaynemaile products have a 10 year standard warranty. Kaynemaile mesh is UV stabilised using inorganic colours for long term stability and full recyclability.
